Postponement of the first-half 2026 financial information
Publication of the financial information for the first half of 2026 is postponed to 30 November 2026. The Commission d'organisation et de surveillance des opérations de bourse issued a favourable opinion on 26 August 2026 (ref. CAB/202/2026). The postponement follows Ministry of Finance decision no. 202 of 1 June 2023, which standardises the tourism-sector chart of accounts across the group's subsidiaries from the 2026 financial year.
The board of directors, meeting on 29 November 2025, approved the accounts as at 30 June 2025 and communicates to shareholders its management report together with the first-half financial statements.
